The Frederic and Margaret Wallis Labyrinth is a Chartres replica, in concrete with inlaid tiles and wood heart. The diameter is 12.5 metres. It was originally installed in 1999 by the Frederic & Margaret Wallis Committee.
The Labyrinth was relocated to the grounds of Hutt Hospital in October 2007, from its original site in the gardens of Frederic Wallis House.
The Labyrinth is available at any time of the day for anyone, whether connected to the hospital, or just passing by.
There is a pedestrian entrance by the bus shelter that takes
you to the entrance to the Labyrinth.
