Tothill's Mazes feature a maize (corn) maze (January to April), Christchurch's only wooden maze, and a lawn labyrinth.
Corn Maze - only open January to April
Opened in december 2011, it features a new design modelled on the Villa Pisani maze, Italy. Discover how Napoleon, Mussolini and Hitler all failed at the maze when they attempted it in Europe, and see if you can beat them! Our Corn Maze will challenge you - make your way to the corners and then the tower in the centre.
Wooden Maze
Our wooden maze is uniquely Kiwi-themed. Constructed of locally grown timber and brushwood it looks very much native. In navigating the maze you will come across the four themed corners and exit via the central tower. The unique "Kiwiana Challenge" within the maze will provide visitors of all ages with an experience that is unforgettable. A must-see for locals and visitors alike. Open year round.
Lawn Labyrinth
Our lawn labyrinth is perfect for children to run around on while their parents enjoy a cup of coffee. Traditionally used for meditation, turf labyrinths have intrigued people for generations.
